Q: Can I bring my own alcohol on board?
A: No. We are PLCB-licensed. All beverages must be purchased through us, though we will make every attempt to honor special requests. (More info on liquor on our beverages page.)

Q: Can I bring my own food on board?
A: Yes! At no extra charge, you may bring your own food. We require a $100 usage fee and proof of insurance if you bring your own caterer on board, or you may use one of our preferred caterers for no additional charge. Q: What if it rains?
A: The rain won’t stop us. We run regardless of weather, unless there is heavy flooding.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: If you cancel anytime up to 8 days prior to your event, half of your deposit will be returned to you. If you cancel within 8 days of your event, you lose your entire deposit.
If we cancel for any reason, all monies paid up until the cancellation will be refunded in full, or we will offer you a credits towards a future cruise.

Q: Can I decorate?
A: Yes! You can board the yacht to decorate two hours prior to your event. For a small fee, and if our schedule permits, we may make exceptions to this rule. We are very flexible and have only two rules: No holes in the yacht and no open flames.

Q: Where do you sail?
A: We can sail anywhere on the Allegheny, Monongahela, and the Ohio if time permits. Our standard cruise takes in all three rivers and all the main tourist sights in Downtown Pittsburgh.

Q: When do you sail?
A: We operate 24/7. There is an additional small fee for any event that takes place from midnight to 8:00 am.

Q: What is your sound system?
A: We have a state-of-the-art sound system that can be accessed with a simple aux cord connected to your electronic device. We can also access DirectTV through our satellite dish.

Q: Can I bring a DJ on board?
A: Yes! There is no extra charge for bringing your own DJ. If you would like us to provide one for you, the standard price ranges from $300 to $500 for a 3 to 4 hour event.

Q: How many passengers are permitted on the yacht?
A: Coast guard regulations state the Fantasy can safely hold no more than 100 passengers.

Q: What dates and times do you operate?
A: We operate 24/7 363 although Jan-March dates can be questionable due to freezing or flooding of the rivers.

Q: How many people do I need to book a cruise?
A: 1–Our boats rent by the hour so as long as you are under our maximum passenger counts we will operate.

Q: Will there be other people on the boat?
A: For private events you will NEVER share the boat with anyone else!

Q: Do you have parking? 
A: Yes. There is FREE Parking available on the street around our marina or there is a 1000 car pay garage across the street at 24th street. Our address is located below.
